3. Upload your prescription and add item to cart.

Our vets will double check your order and once approved, your order will be dispatched within two working days.

Note: We will reach out to you should your placed order not have a prescription, or we need to seek clarifications regarding your uploaded document. Please be advised that if your order cannot be completed due to a lack of documentation, we will refund your payment after deducting bank processing fees as detailed in Para.11 of our Terms of Service.
