Nexgard Spectra (Various Sizes)

Prior to administration of heartworm prevention medication, your pet must be up to date with heartworm prevention. Please see your veterinarian for a heartworm test if your pet is not currently on heartworm prevention or has missed more than 2 weeks.

NexGard SPECTRA® is delivered in a highly palatable beef-flavoured chew that kills adult fleas and is, indicated for the treatment and prevention of flea and tick infestations.

Prevents heartworm disease and treats and controls hookworm, roundworm, whipworm, and lungworm infestations in dogs and puppies.

“At the discretion of the veterinarian, infested dogs should be treated with an adulticide to remove adult heartworms. NEXGARD SPECTRA is not indicated for microfilariae clearance. Adverse reactions such as: vomiting, diarrhoea, lethargy, anorexia, and pruritus were uncommonly observed. These occurrences were generally self-limiting and of short duration.
